Angel was formed in 1975 and they were signed to Casablanca Records.

They were initially known for being the opposite of Kiss, because they wore white and Kiss wore black.

There’s a lot more to Angel than just outfit colors and a look.

Angel is a fascinating band because I’ve always thought that there’s more to process in Angel than most rock bands.

It’s as if you need a little extra brain power to really understand how great they are. They aren’t one of those bands that you can just casually get into.

They have a serious body of work, and there’s a lot to it, more than most people realize.

I’m not sure how to explain it, but there’s a certain magic to Angel.

There’s this certain quality in them that’s unlike any other band I’ve ever heard.

There’s amazing stuff going on musically, and their lyrics are cool and theatric too.

I probably sound like a crazy person trying to put into words how I process their greatness, but I made a special playlist so you can all hear and truly understand the magic that is found within Angel.

Also, casual fun fact, their logo is ambigrammatic. It reads the same even when it’s upside down.
